CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing W Antiques to assist you in selling your merchandise. We will make every effort to promote your items with our experienced staff, and to obtain the best possible sale price.

We consign merchandise for a period of six (6) months. Consignors are responsible for delivery of merchandise or a pick up fee will apply. At
W Antiques we make every effor to protect and safeguard your consigned items. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of items.

At the end of the six (6)months, the Consignor is responsible for the removal of all unsold items within fourteen (14) days of the expiration date.
